Answers about creating, sharing and managing invitations.

How do I send an invitation?

Choose an invitation, pick your animals and background, then add your names and message. You can preview it first. Confirm the invitation to create a link, then copy it or use More options to choose how to share. You decide when to send it.

Where do I see their reply?

Open My invitations in the same browser you used to create the invitation, or use your private management link. Choose Check for a reply on the dashboard. Automatic reply emails are not available yet.

Can I edit my invitation after creating it?

Yes, until a response has been saved. Open the private dashboard and choose Edit invitation. Save changes to update the same link. Invitations with a saved response are read-only.

I lost my management link. Can I get it back?

Try My invitations on the original device and browser. Those links are saved in that browser. If you cleared its data and did not keep a copy of the private management link, there is no email recovery. The recipient link cannot give access to private management.

How long does an invitation last?

Each invitation is available for 30 days from creation. Editing it does not extend that period. You can delete the invitation and its response sooner from the private dashboard.

Does a preview save an answer?

No. Preview answers stay in the preview and are not sent or saved. For a real date invitation, the response is saved after the recipient chooses a day and activity and confirms the plan.

My invitation is not loading. What can I try?

Check your connection, refresh the page and try opening the link in your main browser. Make sure the whole invitation link was copied. If it is more than 30 days old, or its creator deleted it, it is no longer available.

What is the mailing list for?

The optional list is for new templates, animals and occasional offers. It is separate from invitation replies. Email updates have not launched yet; signing up stores your email and consent for future updates. Use Get new templates on the homepage to unsubscribe.

Who can open an invitation?

Anyone with its recipient link can open it, so share it only where you are comfortable. Keep the private management link to yourself: it lets you edit, see the reply or delete the invitation.
